1. Why am I going to be charged in 4 days, I thought this was a free sample?

Our 30-Day Trial offer is not a sample. Every order consists of a full-sized 2.54 oz tube to try for 30 days. In order to not be charged at the end of the trial period, you must return the tube of LifeCell. You don’t need to return the original box and packaging. If you keep the product beyond the 30 days, you will be charged the full price of $189.

2. How do I cancel my account? 

For your convenience, there are two ways to cancel your LifeCell account. You can call us toll-free at 866-977-1412 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6 pm EST and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm EST. You can also email us 24/7 at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the first and last name that appears on your account, as well as your zip code to ensure speedy service.

3. How do I return the product?

Contact our customer service department by phone at 866-977-1412 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6 pm EST and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm EST or by email 24/7 at [email protected] with the subject line “Returns”. Our customer support team will give you detailed instructions on how to return your order.

4. Am I enrolled in an auto-replenishment?

Yes. Once the 30-day trial period is over, you are automatically enrolled in our VIP Auto-Replenishment program. This program allows you to receive LifeCell at the discounted price of $149 for Domestic USA customers and $163.50 for International customers, every 60 days. The delivery schedule is fully customizable, and each order comes with a FREE Anti-Aging Cleanser valued at $39. Simply contact our customer service department to alter or cancel your shipments. 5. Do you send a prepaid envelope so I can return the product?

We do not provide prepaid postage to return the product. We recommend sending a padded envelope from the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail with Tracking Information.

6. How long will it take for me to see a refund?

Refunds are determined by the banks. Once we receive your return, we will instantly issue your refund. After this, you can expect to see your refund in 3-5 business days if your bank is located in the United States, and 3-14 business days if you’re using an international bank.

7. What if I can’t find my order?

Life happens. Sometimes we misplace things without noticing.
