If you slice up two cucumbers and smash up to a paste, you can apply directly to your problem areas and allow the mixture to sit for around 20-30 minutes.  Wear comfortable shorts and perform standing up duties while you allow the mixture to sit.  You can practice this 2-3 times a week for the best results.

You better believe it.  A highly unsuspected ingredient for relieving cellulite, caffeine dilates blood vessels which in return tighten the outer tissue that makes up our skin.  Topically and consumption are both ways in which you can start the journey to benefiting from these techniques. Topically, you can create your own coffee scrub. By using coffee ground, you can mix in olive oil, rosemary, or any other ultra-hydrating component and apply on your problem area.  Allow mixture to set for 20-30 minutes before washing off.  Caffeine is a proven method to get of cellulite also because of its exfoliating qualities.  Through exfoliation, the coffee grounds work to clear away the dead skin that build up on your skin and bring forth a youthful, fresher looking version.  

Botanicals and Herbs.  Using essential oils of fruits and herbs such as grapefruits, lemongrass, tangerine and spearmint are helpful in dissolving fat cells and banishing any extra fat deposits.  You can mix any combination of these that you may like, and use a heating pad to accelerate penetration.  Allow this process to occur for 20-30 minutes.
